Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use cover how you use scotlandmiddle.garden and the services offered through it by Scotlandmiddle Heating & Air. When you use the site, phone the number on it or send in a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Is This Service?

Scotlandmiddle Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work, and we are not part of any agreement you make with a provider.

Who Are the Providers?

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We also make no promise about a provider's availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.
